The Burmese Organization Center For All of Southern California founded in 2006 until now. We support and unite the Burmese community together in the Southern California Region. SCBA hosts the largest New Year Festival in the USA known as THINGYAN.

The night was great and a large number of people came. We had a good outcome as we had over 40+ people who attended.
