The Burmese Organization Center For All of Southern California founded in 2006 until now. We support and unite the Burmese community together in the Southern California Region. SCBA hosts the largest New Year Festival in the USA known as THINGYAN.This past weekend on October 9th, 2011 we had a very fun and exciting day, which we Honored Our Elders during Senior Day.
We estimated approximately, close to 100 seniors attended that day.
SCBA had served a large variety of Burmese food and deserts.
Food Served: Ko Pauk Mohinga, Boiled Chicken Rice Soup, Burmese Fried Noodle, Yemoke, and many other foods and fruits.
Deserts Served: Phalooda, Moklattsong, Samime, Chow Chaw(Burmese Jello), and many others.

Famous Burmese Singers: U Aung Myo Khin and U Tin Htut.
Burmese Class Students passed out cash gifts and lottery tickets to all Seniors who attended.
Games Played: We played a game called "Pictionary" hosted by Ko Myo Myint and Ko Yan Naing.
Seniors played "Make-Up" with the Burmese Class Students.
