For those of you who are interested, every Sunday we hold a free lecture class for the Myanmar Language. We offer free teachings of the basics for both speaking and reading the Myanmar Symbols. The location of where we hold these classes are located in 629 (B) E. Garvey Ave. Monterey Park Ca, 91755. We start by 12pm and end by 2pm so if you are interested and would like to bring your child or even yourself to learn the language feel free to come and register for this course.
The Burmese Organization Center For All of Southern California founded in 2006 until now. We support and unite the Burmese community together in the Southern California Region. SCBA hosts the largest New Year Festival in the USA known as THINGYAN.

It was filled with so much fun and excitement, and also we had support from Congresswoman Judy Chu and the Mayor Anthony Wong from the city of Monterey Park.




April 18th Thingyan SUCCESS
Well over 10,000 have come to view the Traditional Burmese New Year Water Festival. We are happy to say this year was a very successful year with the Thingyan for 2010. It was so much fun, many participated.
